You can use this method to add videos only from the same Google account you’re using to create your Google Slides presentation. You can then move and resize it to suit your presentation. Uploading a video to Google Drive is the same process you would use for any other file type, but if you need a refresher, review the steps below: Step 1: Open your web browser and navigate to your Google Drive account at. RELATED: How to Sync Your Desktop PC with Google Drive (and Google Photos) You’ll need to sync your video files to Google Drive first, using the PC app or by uploading the video from the Google Drive website. I'm not sure to check for anything else, but at the same time I don't know how to change the "Display aspect ratio" in either Power Director 14 or my Nvidia settings. To add a Google Drive video, go to your chosen slide, click Insert > Video, click the “Google Drive” tab, and then find your video from your cloud storage. My Nvidia control panel shows that it is in Landscape setting with no rotation.

The problem is that daily motion and vimeo seem to correct it or handle it and only google/youtube cause the flipping. I agree that the negative display ratio is the only thing that stands out to me as well. I don't believe I've ever changed the orientation of the displays but it may have been possible. I have a dual monitor setup with an Nvidia GTX 970. I didn't check the Mediainfo for any of the source videos but they were all uploaded at one point to Google Drive and didn't have the display issue.

The display drivers were capable of both rotating and mirroring the display when used on projectors and sometimes got really messed up.

What sort of graphics card/monitor have you got? You haven't by any chance changed the orientation of your display have you? I used to support colleagues who all used laptops which were very often connected to projectors.

In your first post, the mediainfo report that you posted, that was for the video that you had edited and produced was it? Or was it the info for your source material? It'll baffle me to be honest because I don't see why the frame rate being ever so slightly off would cause this, but I'm guessing it may be something on Google/Youtube's end of things. Thanks so much!! I'm going to try to render the other videos with the custom profile and see if that fixes it. I never would have messed with it or figured it out without your suggestions Tony. It fixed it! No clue why or how my default profile would be messed up if I didn't go into it, but the custom one works so I'm going to take it. I decided to try a custom profile off of the "MPEG-4 640 x 480/30p (6 Mbps)" profile, but decided to go in and change the frame rate to a flat 30fps and this is the result: It's the only thing I can think of that seems off and I always get that frame rate warning when importing video. I went into the frame rate of my "MPEG-4 640 x 480/30p (6 Mbps) and looked at the details, under "Frame Rate" it shows 29.97 instead of 30. So, I decided to tinker with the Kite Surfing sample since it's easy to test with. Does anyone know a solution for this, Google support is very slow to respond if at all.Ĭomplete name : C:\Users\Chris\Documents\CyberLink\PowerDirector\14.0\White Fields World Tour.mp4įormat profile : settings : 2 Ref Frames I recently have been making some videos with PowerDirector 14 and for some reason when I upload them to Google Drive or Youtube they are double-flipped (upside down and mirrored).
